Website visitors

Axivas will collect the following information when you visit the website:

The log data serves exclusively purposes of error detection and correction as well as statistical purposes. We delete this data after 7 days.

Our website uses Matomo (formerly Piwik), a so-called web analysis service. Matomo uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. For this purpose, the usage information generated by the cookie (including your shortened IP address) is transmitted to our server and stored for usage analysis purposes, which in turn serves to optimize our website. Your IP address will be immediately made anonymous during this process, so that you as a user remain anonymous to us. What do we do with your data?

Axivas is committed to protecting your privacy. For this reason, Axivas processes personal data exclusively on the basis of and within the framework of the applicable legal provisions. These include in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and commercial and tax regulations (HGB – code of commercial law, AO).

We process your personal data exclusively for the legitimate purposes as stated following and delete them in conformity with data protection if this has become invalid or ceases to apply. If there are legal retention periods (e.g. according to HGB, AO), we naturally comply with these obligations. After expiry of the storage period, the relevant data will be deleted.

In addition, we process your data as far as you have given us your consent. If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. Please inform us of your revocation, stating your full name and address, if applicable your customer number as well as the processing in question to dataprotection@axivas.com. Will the data be passed on to third parties?

No. Axivas processes your personal data exclusively themselves and does not pass them on to third parties. Only state legal obligations or court orders are an exception.

Which rights do you have?

  • Right to information
    According to Art. 15 of the GDPR you have a right to information regarding the personal data stored about you at Axivas, its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of storage.   • Correction, deletion, restriction
    You may also request at any time that your personal data be corrected (cf. Article 16 GDPR), deleted (cf. Article 17 GDPR) and that processing be restricted (Article 18 GDPR).
